The most in-demand sectors for international applicants currently include healthcare and nursing, information technology, electrical and mechanical engineering, hospitality and tourism, business administration, logistics and supply chain, and automotive trades.  Germany has a documented shortage of skilled workers across all of these areas, which is precisely why the German government has created dedicated Ausbildung visa pathways for international candidates.  Who Can Apply?  Pakistani nationals with a secondary school qualification — Matric or Intermediate — are eligible to apply. No university degree is required.

You do need a working level of German language, typically A2 to B1 at minimum, because your daily work environment and vocational school instruction will be conducted in German.  Most successful Ausbildung applicants spend six to twelve months building their German language skills before beginning their application.
